About

Matthias De Beenhouwer (°1987) is a forester with 10 years of experience in feasibility studies, project management, research, biodiversity and conservation. He focuses on the reforestation, conservation and management of biodiversity and other ecosystem services of natural ecosystems.

Ruben Foquet (°1994) is a bio-engineer in agro- and ecosystems with a rich technical background in monitoring applications, mapping devices and data collection and analysis procedures. He has a keen interest in the socio-economic, environmental and cultural realities of communities in their forest landscapes, in order to tailor Forest Landscape Restoration strategies to the specific complexities on the ground.
